HOW IT WORKS...

When you sign up, you will be asked to provide us with your age, weight, height and activity levels.

We calculate your estimated energy requirements and assign you a plan to suit your calorie needs.

You will then get access to a weekly meal plan with recipes to best suit your calorie requirements, as well as additional extras, including small treat foods, alcohol and snacks.

Every Friday, you will receive your recipes for the following week - Monday to Friday

Simple, affordable and tasty recipes, written by an expert dietitian for breakfast, lunch and dinner, laid out for you every week to save you time and make life that little bit easier.

 

I qualified as a dietitian in 2006 and over the years the thing that gave me to best job satisfaction was helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle. Whether they had a new diagnosis of heart disease, diabetes or respiratory condition, I felt honoured to be able to be part of their journey. In this fast paced world, time is so precious, and having time to plan healthy and simple meals can sometimes be a luxury.
